January 2018

Donation to Exeter Lions Club - United Kingdom

Our Executive Chairman presented the latest bundle of used newspapers to the charity. The charity takes the newspapers to Exeter City Council who donate £80 per tonne of paper collected. The funds are donated to good causes in and around Exeter in the County of Devon.




Donation to the Joan and Reg Children’s Support - Ghana

Our Executive Chairman presented our monthly commitment to the co-founder of the project, Lady Mandy Simpson (nee Richardson-Mills). This is used to support the worthwhile projects they are carrying out in Ghana.




Donation to the College of Arms Foundation - United States of America


Our Executive Chairman donated our regular financial donation to the President of the College of Arms Foundation, Mr. John Shannon. The donation helps cover the operating costs of the charity which in turn raises donations in support of projects at H.M. College of Arms.




Donation to the Avalon Commandery - United Kingdom

Our Executive Chairman presented our regular financial donation to the Commander of the Commandery, Major Keith Johnson. The donation supports their marketing activities.

Donation to the St Lazarus Charitable Trust - United Kingdom

Our Executive Chairman approved a donation to the St Lazarus Charitable Trust. The Trust supports a range of medical and social care charities globally. This donation was made by the Chairman directly.




Membership of the Friends of the Overseas Territories - British Overseas Territories

Our Executive Chairman extended his membership of this worthwhile cause. They work to increase awareness of the British Overseas Territories.

A Little Bit Iffy Animal Sanctuary - Commonwealth of Australia

Our Executive Chairman presented the second of 12 monthly donations to this wonderful small animal charity based in Queensland, Commonwealth of Australia. It is a well proven fact that animals have an impact on the health of individuals and therefore supporting those who care for animals in their time of need is important.

Executive Directors Charity Birthday Black Tie Dinner

On Saturday 3rd February a dinner was held at the Buckerall Lodge in Exeter to make our Executive Chairman’s 38th Birthday. Guests enjoyed a three-course dinner followed by an informative talk on crime and punishment over the centuries in Plymouth by Major Keith Johnson, formally of H.M. Royal Marines. A total of £600 was raised which will be split equally between the St. Lazarus Charitable Trust, the College of Arms Foundation, and the St John Eye Hospital. Cheque presentations are being arranged. 



March 2018

British Heart Foundation – United Kingdom

At the close of March our Executive Chairman presented a significant amount of clothing collected to support the work of the British Heart Foundation. These items will be sold to the general public with the proceeds going to support research into heart disease.

During March we proudly made a donation to support the First Responders of Saint John Ambulance within the United Kingdom. Their First Responders deliver a critical component of the emergency health service within the United Kingdom, often funding themselves first on the scene to help those in need.

During April our Executive Chairman and other volunteers provided in-kind support to the Australian Monarchist League. The League’s primarily objective is to educate Australians on their constitution and the role the Queen of Australia plays.

Royal Saint George’s Day – Commonwealth Wide

To mark Saint George’s Day our Executive Chairman presented a donation to one of the many branches of the society globally. The Patron of the Royal Saint George’s Society is H.M. The Queen.


January Charity of the Month - CHICKS 

During January thanks to the efforts of Whitsol Limited and ourselves we raised £250 for CHICKS. A charity helping young people from inner cities enjoy country holidays. A cheque presentation is being arranged.

St. John Eye Hospital – The Holy Land




Thanks to the invite from our Advisory Committee Member Dr. Craig Paterson, three members of Terrestres Servo Coronas attended the 2018 Annual Gala held at the Guild Hall in the City of London. During the event approximately £600,000 was raised for this wonderful cause.

Service of the Order of the Garter – Windsor Castle, United Kingdom

Our Executive Chairman in his capacity as a Director of the College of Arms Foundation attended the annual service of the Order of the Garter at Windsor Castle accompanied by Ms. Stephanie Warner. Terrestres Servo Coronas is a longtime supporter of both the College of Arms Foundation and Her Majesties College of Arms.

It was a truly impressive service, the weather was amazing, and we had the pleasure of sitting with the Chelsea Pensioners.

Terrestres Servo Coronas presented a donation to both the Chapel of St. George’s Windsor and the College of Arms Foundation.

ABF The Soldiers Charity – United Kingdom

Mr. Borrow-Longain, accompanied by Mr. Matthew J. Weston, attended the ABF The Solders Charity concert held at the Exeter Cathedral. Terrestres Servo Coronas was one of the sponsors of the concert after being introduced to the opportunity by Mr. Philip Hutchens.

Terrestres Servo Coronas donated £1,000 to the event.

Membership of the Harleian Society – Commonwealth

As part of our commitment to heraldry Mr. Paul Borrow-Longain (Chairman) is happy to announce our membership in The Harleian Society, a registered charity established in 1869 and incorporated in 1902. Its official objects are “the transcribing, printing and publishing of the heraldic visitations of counties, parish registers or any manuscripts relating to genealogy, family history and heraldry”.

CHICKS – United Kingdom

During June Terrestres Servo Coronas was able to source financial support for the Winter Gala. In total Paul Borrow-Longain (Chairman) was able to secure £18,000 of donations for their auction via corporate connections and investments.

These were secured from BLI International Limited, Whitsol Limited and Zebel Bespoke. The Advisory Committee are very honoured by their support for this outstanding cause.

Donation to the Devon Guild of Craftsmen – United Kingdom

Mr. Paul Borrow-Longain (Chairman) and Rev. P. Louis Baycock met with Dr. Tessa Stone Chief Executive Officer of the Devon Guild of Craftsmen and committed to a donation of £1,000 per year for three years, and to fully fund two awards for up and coming artists indefinitely.

Supporting young people in arts and crafts has been medically proven to improve both physical and mental illness and with the correct support can start wonderful careers in the arts.

The grant award is to be made quarterly and the first donation was presented at the opening night of their Summer Show in Bovey Travey on the 13th July (which happened to be a Friday).
